The FAQs below are specific to consulting and engineering (C&E) firms and the value added partner relationship with Enviance.
Click here if you have general questions about the Enviance System, such as current customers, integration, and security.
The value of partnering with Enviance is your ability to develop powered by Enviance solution(s) for you and your clients to:
| − | Expand your practice areas |
| − | Provide clients with new services and solutions |
| − | Reduce your information technology investments |
| − | Ensure that your firm’s best practices are integrated into every offering and client program |
If you are like most C&E companies, your employees have more work than they can handle right now. With Enviance, you and your organization can increase efficiency without decreasing service or effectiveness, thereby enabling you to take on more work without having to find or hire additional resources.
Enviance offers turnkey co-marketing support to help C&E firms effectively promote your powered by Enviance solution to your clients and/or your internal staff in charge of selling new technology to clients.
Enviance’s value added partners leverage Enviance’s technology marketing experience to target clients and internal personnel with optimal messaging. There are 3 types of marketing services offered to our partners 1) internal promotion, 2) external promotion, and 3) a combination of both.
As a value added partner of Enviance, you have a non-exclusive contract to develop powered by Enviance solution(s) and resell those compliance management solutions to your clients. You are under no obligation to recommend only one option to your clients.
Enviance is in the process of implementing an accreditation program for our partners. When complete, this program will include an initial three-day Basic Configuration class, followed by a two-day Advanced Configuration class. Hands-on time in the Enviance System will be required between the two classes. Currently, new partners who are selling the Enviance System will be required to complete both training courses, at a minimum.
At this time, C&E consultants implementing any Enviance solution - either internally or to one of your clients - must take both the Beginning and Advanced configuration classes.
Depending on your use of the Enviance System, a variety of training classes and live web seminars are offered for:
When using the Enviance System, you don’t have to stop using MicrosoftR Excel for compliance management. Recognizing that Excel may be your program of choice, we provide you with the ability to move data in and out of the Enviance System using Excel. Data from existing spreadsheets can be imported into the Enviance System, and conversely, reporting data from Enviance can be exported directly into Excel.
In addition, the calculations and data management practices you already have in your Excel spreadsheets can be configured in Enviance. In fact, the Enviance System provides robust, closed-loop reporting, workflow, and task management functionality that is not available when working with Excel alone.
The Enviance System can be integrated to pull data from different, internally
developed IT systems within your or your clients’ infrastructure, thereby, leveraging a company’s existing technology investment.
